This time, considering the situation of the world, we will accept orders in two types, "appointment system exhibition order reception" and "online order reception".

The "appointment system exhibition order reception" is attended by a group of customers each time, and you can see the actual product sample.

"Online order reception" is a system where you can order at the online shop as before.

We are preparing to make shopping online as easy as possible.

Please make a reservation for the desired date and time of your visit on the reservation site.

・ Reservations can be canceled until midnight the day before.

・ We cannot accept changes in the date and time, so please cancel once and make a reservation again at a vacant date and time.

・ Customers who have made a reservation can select products by chartering for 30 minutes.

・ Please note that the next customer will arrive after 30 minutes.

・ If you wish to visit the store with more than one person, please indicate the number of people in the place of your name when making a reservation (example: Taro Yamada and 2 others).

・ The upper limit is 4 people including yourself.

・ Products ordered will be prepaid and will be paid on the day of the order reception.

・ Payment can be made by cash, credit card, transportation IC, QR payment (LINE Pay, ALIPAY).

・ The venue is ventilated and disinfected to prepare for the safe reception of customers.

・ Please be sure to wear a mask before you come.

・ Regarding products

* The number of items is limited. Please note that items sold out at the "reservation-based order reception" will not be resold at the "online order reception".

* All KLOKA products are handmade one by one, so even if they are the same product, there may be some individual differences.

* Because it is very delicate, please handle it with care.
